You have logged into your Conga Advantage Platform instance with Reviewer privileges.
You are at the Conga Start page.
Use case: A newly hired contract reviewer at an insurance brokerage logs into the company’s Conga Advantage Platform instance for the first time and wants to start reviewing contracts. From the Conga Start page, the reviewer clicks Contract Apps, expecting to see Discovery Agent in the left navigation bar. When it isn’t there, the reviewer recalls that a missing entry usually means the instance hasn’t been provisioned for their account, and contacts Conga Support, who confirm the reviewer’s permission group hadn’t been added to the Discovery provisioning list. Once Support corrects this, the reviewer returns to the Conga Start page, clicks Contract Apps, and this time finds Discovery in the left navigation bar, opening straight to the Home page, ready for review.
From the Conga Start page, click Contract Apps.
Click Discovery in the left navigation bar.
If you do not see Discovery in the left navigation bar, your instance may not be provisioned. Ask Conga Support for help.
