Email Templates

Deleting an Email Template

Deleting an email template is a straightforward process, but it requires careful consideration to ensure that the template is not linked to any active business rules or actions. This task guides you through the necessary steps to safely remove an email template from your system.

  1. Click the More () icon for the respective email template from the list.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. From the confirmation dialog, click Confirm.
    Note:

    Do not delete an email template if it is associated with one or more business rules or actions.
