Accessing AiMe from CLM for Salesforce

CLM for Salesforce is configured as described in Launching Q&A Agent.
You can launch the Q&A Agent for documents up to 12 MB or 200 pages in either .DOCX or .PDF formats.
  • Generated agreements
  • Regenerated agreements
  • Offline documents
  • Supporting documents such as merged documents, generated documents, imported documents
  • Executed documents such as signed agreements stored in Agreement Documents, Chatter, or Content repositories.

You can launch the Q&A Agent directly from the Agreement Documents related list without requiring to manually create any custom fields. For Chatter and Content repositories, follow the prerequisites mentioned.

  1. Select a generated agreement and go to the Documents tab.
    The Agreement Documents section lists all related documents.
  2. Launch Q&A Agent for an agreement record using one of the following methods:
    • From the Documents tab, click Q&A Agent for each document.
    • From the Related tab's Document Versions section, click Q&A Agent for each document.
    • For executed documents available in Agreement Documents, Chatter or Content sections, follow these steps:
      • Agreement Documents: Go to Related > Agreement Documents, open the executed document and click View File Details. From the Details tab, click Q&A Agent.
      • Chatter: Open the executed document in the Chatter section, click View File Details. From the Details tab, click Q&A Agent.
      • Content: In Classic UI, navigate to All Tabs > Libraries tab.

        In Lightning UI, navigate to Files > Libraries Libraries > Agreements, locate the executed document and click Q&A Agent.
