Conga Quote Agent

Comparing Quotes, Products, or Favorites

  • Conga CPQ is installed on your Salesforce org (October '26 release or later).
  • Your administrator has enabled Conga Quote Agent for your user profile.
  • You have Salesforce permissions to view the items being compared.
  • There are at least two items of the same type (quote, product, or favorite) to compare.
Ask Conga Quote Agent to compare multiple quotes, products, or favorites side by side to evaluate differences in pricing, terms, and features.
  1. Enter a comparison prompt specifying the items to compare.
    • "Compare Quotes Q-00000283 and Q-00000601."
    • "Compare the Conga CPQ and Conga CLM products."
    • "Compare my two saved favorites."
    Conga Quote Agent presents a side-by-side comparison table highlighting differences and similarities between the selected items.
  2. Review the tabular comparison Conga Quote Agent returns.
    The comparison includes administrator-configured fields such as:
    • Quotes: Account name, grand total, net amount, products, quantities, status, and terms.
    • Products: Product name, description, pricing, features, and availability.
    • Favorites: Favorite name, included products, pricing, and configuration details.
