The Invoice Creation Request Results Details screen provides a complete summary of a single invoice creation request. It displays the request's identification details, current processing status, and a breakdown of the invoices and credit memos generated as a result of the request.

This screen is read-only and serves as the primary audit reference for billing administrators and finance teams reviewing completed or in-progress invoice runs.

It has two tabs: Details and Related.

Details Tab: Displays general information about the request results along with summary counts of the data processed as part of the invoice creation request in three sections — General Information, Invoice Details, and Credit Memo Details sections.

Related Tab: Shows records and objects related to this request, such as associated invoices or credit memos generated by this request.

Field	Description
General Information
Request Name	The system-generated name of the invoice creation request.
Status	Indicates the current processing state of the request.
Total Accounts In Scope	The total number of customer accounts included in this invoice creation request run.
Total Orders In Scope	The total number of orders across all in-scope accounts that were evaluated for invoice generation.
Invoice Details
Total Invoices Created	The count of invoices successfully created and written to the system during this request run.
Total Invoices Auto Approved	The number of invoices that were automatically approved without requiring manual review.
Total Orders In Scope	The total number of orders across all in-scope accounts that were evaluated for invoice generation.
Credit Memo Details
Total Credit Memos Approved	The number of credit memos that were approved (either manually or automatically) as part of this request run.
Total Credit Memos Created	The total number of credit memo documents generated during this run.
Total Credit Memos With Tax Processed	The count of credit memos for which tax calculations were also processed.
