The contract manager can share a contract document with stakeholders to negotiate its terms and conditions. This can be done in two ways:

• Simple review: Send the document as an email attachment.

• Collaborative review (Microsoft 365): Share links to the contract document for real-time, collaborative review.

To enable collaborative review through Microsoft 365, you must complete the required configuration steps.
