Customize List Views
List views provide flexibility so you can focus on the data most relevant to you. By adjusting display settings, applying filters, and controlling layout, you can streamline navigation and analysis. The following options are available:
View Settings: Control the columns displayed in the grid and rearrange their order. For more information, see Custom View Settings.
Filters & Custom Views: Save a filtered view of the list and set it as your default, so you don't have to reapply filters each time. For more information, see Custom Views.
Search: Quickly find requests based on basic or advanced search. For more information, see Searching Records.
Sorting: Click on the column headers to sort. Each click toggles between ascending and descending order.
Resizing Columns: Hover near a column edge until the two-way arrow appears, then drag to adjust the width.
Rows per Page: Use the drop-down to control how many records are displayed per page (options include 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100). Navigation buttons and the page selector let you move through pages.
