Dynamics 365 and Conga Field Mappings

In the Dynamics 365 and Conga CLM integration, a predefined set of default field mappings ensures that key data flows seamlessly between the two systems without requiring extensive configuration. These mappings align commonly used entities such as Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Contracts in Dynamics 365, with their corresponding records in Conga CLM, enabling consistent data synchronization across sales and contract management processes. For example, standard fields like account name, primary contact, budget amount, etc. are automatically mapped to their equivalent Conga fields, reducing manual data entry and minimizing errors. This default mapping framework serves as a baseline that administrators can review and extend to meet specific business requirements, ensuring both systems remain aligned while supporting end-to-end contract lifecycle workflows.
