Integrations

Salesforce to Platform Data Sync

The customer must provide administrator access to Conga team to set up the data sync integration between Salesforce and Platform CLM. To create the administrator user for Conga team, follow the steps below:
Creating an Admininstrator user
  1. Login to the Conga platform: https://preview-rls09.congacloud.com/ using the credentials provided in the email.
  2. Click on the app launcher icon () and go to Admin Console>Users.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Specify Federation Id.
  5. In the Username field, specify <congaemailaddress with underscores in place of special characters>_<companyname>_preview.
  6. In the Role list, select Admin.
