Conga CLM App Features
The Conga CLM app is a new app-level access point that provides a unified landing page for all CLM features across the entire contract portfolio, in addition to the existing record-level access from Account and Opportunity pages.
The Conga CLM app in the Salesforce top navigation bar gives you a single, centralized location to access all core CLM features without navigating to a specific Account or Opportunity record. All features open within an embedded Advantage Platform interface directly below the Salesforce navigation bar.

| All Contract Requests | All contract requests submitted across your organization. |
| Conga Approvals | Pending contract approvals assigned to you or your team. |
| Obligation Fulfillments | Contract obligation and fulfillment tasks. Requires Obligation Management to be enabled in CLM Feature Management. |
| Contract Search | Search across all contracts on the Advantage Platform by name, status, account, date range, and other filters. |
| Contract Dashboard | Pre-built dashboards and reports for contract performance, status summaries, and compliance tracking. |
Note: The following navigation behaviors apply across all Conga CLM tab features.
- Selecting any feature loads that feature's full screen within the embedded Advantage Platform interface; no new browser tab is opened.
- Clicking a contract or contract request hyperlink opens the detail page within the same interface.
- Back button actions within the embedded Advantage Platform interface return you to the previous screen within Conga CLM; your navigation context is preserved.
- To return to the Conga CLM landing page from any feature screen, click the Conga CLM tab in the Salesforce navigation bar.
- There is no Back button on the Conga CLM landing page itself. To return to the Conga CLM page from within a feature, click the Conga CLM tab in the top navigation bar.
