Creating a Contract Request from a Salesforce Account

Create a new contract request directly from a Salesforce Account record using the Advantage Platform's native creation flow.

You have access to the account record in Salesforce Lightning.
You can create a new contract request directly from a Salesforce Account record using the Advantage Platform's native creation flow.
  1. Open the account record in Salesforce Lightning.
  2. Go to the Conga Contract > Contract Requests tab on the Account page.
    The Advantage Platform UI loads within the Salesforce page, displaying the contract request list for this account.
  3. Click Create New Request in the Advantage Platform interface.

    This opens the New Request window within the embedded iframe.

  4. Complete the required contract request details and click Next.
    This redirects you to the My Requests page. This page is pre-populated with the account details.
  5. Fill in the required details and click Submit to submit the contract request.
A new contract request is created in the Advantage Platform and is visible in the embedded contract requests list on the Salesforce Account page.
