Agreement Lifecycle Management

Connecting to External APIs

You must configure integration settings, remote site settings, and CSP trusted sites to use the activation UI and Discovery AI for CLM.

Configuring CSP Trusted Sites

You must configure CSP trusted sites for CORS communication and to access external APIs.
  1. Go to Setup > Security > CSP Trusted Sites.
  2. Click New Trusted Site.
  3. Enter the following details in the General Information section:
    1. Trusted Site Name: Enter a site name.
    2. Trusted Site URL: Enter the trusted site URL.
      Note: Please contact the Conga Support team for trusted site URL details.
    3. Description: Enter a description.
    4. Active: Select the checkbox.
    5. Context: Select All.
  4. Select all the checkboxes in the CSP Directives section.
  5. Click Save.

Configuring Integration Settings

You must configure integration settings to connect to external APIs and to enable content search in large files.

Prerequisite

If you are configuring the integration setting for Discovery AI, you must first set up CCI widgets on the Home page. For more information, see Setting Up DiscoveryAI.

Configuring Integration Settings for Activation UI

  1. Navigate to the Integration Settings tab.
  2. Enter the following details:
    1. Name: Enter a name.
    2. End point URL: Enter an endpoint URL.
    3. API Token: Enter an API token.
    4. Tenant: Enter the tenant name.
      Tip: Please contact Conga Support for End Point URL, API token, and tenant details.
    5. Search Content in Large Files?: Select the checkbox to allow searching content in large files.
      Tip: Ensure that you select the checkbox only if must search content in large files. Users might observe an increase in page loading time after selecting the checkbox.
    6. Personalize: Select the checkbox to search content only in the agreements that you have created or own.
  3. Click Save.

Configuring Integration Settings for Discovery AI

  1. Click the Setup button on the Home page in the Discovery AI - Admin Actions widget.
  2. In the CCI Admin Configuration popup, enter the API URL, API token, and tenant information.
    Tip: Please get in touch with Conga Support for API URL, API Token, and Tenant details.
  3. Toggle the configuration to Active
  4. Click Save.

Configuring Remote Site Settings

You must configure the remote site setting to connect to external APIs
  1. Go to Setup > Security > Remote Site Settings.
  2. Click New Remote Site.
  3. Enter the following details:
    1. Remote Site Name: Enter a remote site name.
    2. Remote Site URL: Enter the remote site URL.
      Note:

      Please contact Conga Support for Remote Site URL details.

    3. Disable Protocol Security: Leave the checkbox unselected.
    4. Description: Enter a description.
    5. Active: Select the checkbox.
  4. Click Save.
