Launch the AI Configurator to enable and configure AI features in a Salesforce org on the Advantage Platform.

1. Log in to your Salesforce org.
2. Go to the AI Configurator tab.
3. Select the Conga Advantage Platform tenant environment from the drop-down menu. The available options are:
   • Preview
   • Production
   Note: To add environments like QA, Staging, Dev, Preview or Production, you must configure the APTS_RLPEnvironmentSettings admin property.
4. Click Launch AI Configurator.
   This launches the AI Configurator on the Advantage Platform.
5. Log in to Advantage Platform with Conga IdP credentials. For more information, refer to Logging in to Conga Advantage Platform
6. Select Yes from the Enabling AI Configuration page and click Proceed.
   
7. If data sync is already configured in Advantage platform for your organization, click Continue or No to indicate whether you want override the existing data sync object mappings or not.
   
   The AI Configurator configures the following:

   On the Advantage Platform

   Assigns the role permissions (CongaCoPilotPermissionGroup, CongaCCIUserPermissionGroup, CongaCCIAdminPermissionGroup, CongaCLMAdminPermissionGroup, and CongaPlatformAdminPermissionGroup) to the AuthAutoProvisionUser user role. On the External Integrations tab, the new tenant's Identity Status field displays SUCCESS, indicating that the new tenant organization has been added. The Auto Provision User Enabled field is set to Yes in Admin Console > Organization. In the UI-to-API connection, Cors Origins points to the Salesforce Instance URL, and the Redirect URI points to the Q&A Agent URL and Search Agent URL on the Advantage Platform. Discovery AI is configured to extract data from the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) documents automatically. Provisions within the MSA and NDA documents, along with worksheets, are defined to extract specific data from the documents. The object mapping for Discovery AI (DAI) is automatically set up for common objects from CRM and CLM systems, such as Agreement, Documents, AgreementClauses, and so on. This setup supports: Forward synchronization: Synchronizing data from Salesforce to Advantage Platform through the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline. Real-time reverse synchronization: Updating data back to the source instantly. You can view these settings in the data synchronization configuration after activating the system or onboarding a tenant. Note: This setup works out-of-the-box (OOTB) for standard objects and fields only. Anything additional, like adding new picklist values to standard fields or creating and linking custom fields, must be set up manually. The forward synchronization is required for objects like Accounts and Users (only a specific group of users), only if needed. Some tenants may not require all agreement records to be synchronized forward to the Platform. The forward synchronizing of all agreements and corresponding documents is mainly required for the "Import from CLM" feature in DAI. If documents are imported to DAI from external file systems or a SharePoint repository other than Salesforce, then the forward synchronization for agreements from Salesforce to Advantage Platform can be skipped. If the data mapping is set up correctly, both forward synchronization (through the ETL pipeline) and real-time reverse synchronization run smoothly with minimal adjustments.

   In the Salesforce org

   The AI Configurator enables the Enable Q&A Agent and Enable Redline AI properties in the Comply User Properties setting, which, by default, activates Q&A Agent and Redline AI organization-wide for all users. Administrators can, however, manually adjust user or profile access through the user interface. The APTS_RLPInstanceSettings admin setting automatically populates the AuthorizationURL, the Instance URL of the tenant environment, and the SPAClient ID generated in the UI-to-API connection. Disables the Launch AI Configurator button. Completes the Discovery AI admin configuration.
