Agentforce Capability

Creating an Agreement Using Agentforce

  • Agentforce is configured and available.

  • Conga CLM AI actions are enabled.

  • User has admin permissions.

  • Conga CLM is configured in Salesforce.

  1. Open Agentforce Agent (Example: CLM Legal Agent).
  2. Enter any of the following prompts in the Agent chat:
    • Create Agreement
    • Create NDA for Conga with own paper
      Note: NDA is the record type name, Conga is account name Own paper or Third party paper is paper type.
  3. If Agentforce Agent requests additional information, provide the required agreement details and Submit.
  4. On successful agreement creation, Open the agreement link returned by Agentforce Agent.
A new agreement is created and Agentforce displays the agreement details.
