Agentforce Capability

Regenerating an Agreement Document Using Agentforce

  • Agentforce is configured and available.

  • Conga CLM AI actions are enabled.

  • User has admin permissions.

  • Conga CLM is configured in Salesforce.

  1. Open Agentforce Agent.
  2. Enter one of the following prompts in the Agent chat:

    • Regenerate the document

    • Regenerate the document for the current agreement

  3. Select the template, if available.
  4. Submit the request.
  5. Wait for the regeneration process to complete.
  6. Verify that the regenerated document is available.
A new version of the agreement document is generated and associated with the selected agreement record.
