Claude Capability

Importing an Offline Document Using Claude

This topic describes how to import a document that was negotiated or updated outside of Conga CLM and associate it with an existing agreement.

  • An agreement record exists.

  • The offline document is available and ready for upload.

  • You have permission to update the agreement.

  1. Open Claude.
  2. Enter one of the following prompts in Claude chat:

    • Import offline document

    • Upload offline document

  3. Import offline document option is visible.
  4. Click Import offline document.
  5. Select the document to upload.
  6. Submit the document.
  7. Verify that the document is associated with the correct agreement.
The offline document is uploaded and associated with the selected agreement.
