Launching Search Agent

  • Tenant is onboarded to the Advantage Platform. If your org is not onboarded, contact your Conga representative.
  • AI Configurator is configured. (Skip this If Q&A Agent is already configured in your org and verify that the Redirect URI for Search Agent is added under UI to API connection for Advantage Platform).
  • Data is forward synchronized between Salesforce and Advantage Platform.
  • The administrator has enabled Search Agent using the Enable Search Agent in your Salesforce org.
  • You have access to agreement records and their associated agreement documents.
The Search Agent enables users to find and explore agreements across the repository using natural-language queries. It supports agreement discovery, clause identification, and navigation across related agreements such as amendments.
  1. Log in to your Salesforce Org.
  2. On the Home page, locate the Search Agent option in Contract AI Action section.
  3. Click Search Agent.
The Search Agent launches in a dedicated interface on Advantage Platform.
  4. Enter your questions in the text box. For example, list all activated agreements.
The Search Agent lists the responses based on your query.
Note: The Search Agent list only those agreement details that are synchronized with the Advantage Platform.

After completing this task:

  • The Search Agent is successfully launched from Salesforce.
  • The user can submit natural-language queries to search across the agreement repository.
  • Results are displayed based on synchronized agreement data, including agreement status and related document information.
  • The user can continue asking follow-up questions within the same session to refine or expand the search.
