Mail Merge Word Template Guide
After creating your Mail Merge Word template, you can store your template in any of three locations:
- The Salesforce template repository
The Conga Template Manager
- Your local hard drive or network drive
Important:
The Mail Merge template must be uploaded as an Attachment. If it is uploaded as a File, it will not work as expected.
We recommend you store your templates in the Conga Template Manager to make it easily accessible from the Mail Merge wizard. Text-based Merge Fields DO NOT work with Mail Merge.
