Mail Merge in Salesforce Lightning
Warning:
Conga Mail Merge is not compatible in Salesforce Lightning.
When attempting use Mail Merge in Lightning, Mail Merge cannot retrieve reports or templates designated in a solution.
Users typically encounter the following error message when attempting to generate a document with Mail Merge in Lightning: An error occurred reading the template. (Error 0754) The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded.
Important:
Ensure that you use Mail Merge in Salesforce Classic to avoid the aforementioned error.
