Upgrading to the Latest Version of Composer
You can upgrade to the latest version of Composer whenever you are ready. New versions of Composer for Salesforce are updated and automatically deployed to all orgs in a tri-yearly cadence, every February, June and October.
Note: It is recommended to test your Composer solutions in a Sandbox environment before installing in Production.
Before you begin:
- Do not uninstall any versions of Composer.
- If you are using Conga Batch, you receive an email reminding you to update your security token.
See the Differences between Conga Composer versions to learn how to check what version of Composer you are on.
You can see a list of the latest versions of Composer in the Release notes.
