What are my Upgrade Options?

We at Conga are committed to assisting you with your upgrade and have provided 3 upgrade paths that you can take. Please review the following options and see which upgrade path works best for you and your team.  

Self-Service

Conga Upgrade Program

Partner or 3rd Party

Manually upgrade your Conga software via the install center.

With the Conga Upgrade Program, you will receive automatic deployments for every product release  

Enlist the support of Conga or a Partner
  • No cost to you 
  • From the Install Center, you can install the latest package
  • Gives you the flexibility to upgrade at the right time for your business 
  • Ideal if you only want to upgrade 1x per year, or stay N-1
  • No cost to you 
  • Enroll in the Conga Upgrade Program by registering your Sandbox & Production environments here 
  • Once enrolled, your Salesforce Orgs will automatically receive the most recent major release per the Conga Release Calendar 
  • Basic Conga testing and supports through the upgrade process. For more information, see Conga Automation Early Feedback Program
  • Ideal if you want to stay on the most up-to-date release (3x/year) 
  • Assistance with registration, review of environment, preparation, and/or additional testing
  • They will test and prepare your upgrade 
  • Approval before pushing to Production orgs
  • Ideal if working w/certified partner or need additional assistance
