Adding Collaborators for Office 365
To Add Contract Collaborators from the Office 365 Integration User Interface
- Navigate to your agreement object. For example, Contract Agreement.
- From the left menu dropdown arrow, click on the button you created. For example, Document Collaborators.
- Click Collaborators
- Click Add Approver or Add Reviewer.
Salesforce users can be reviewers or approvers. Contacts can only be
reviewers.
- Approver: this type grants editing, reviewing, and viewing access in Office 365
- Reviewer: this type grants reviewing and viewing access in Office 365
- Search for a user to add an approver or reviewer and click Confirm
To Add Contract Collaborators from a Related List
- Navigate to your agreement object. For example, Contract Agreement.
- Click on the Related tab
- In the Contract Collaborators section, click New.
- Select a Contact or User

Select a Type. Salesforce users can be reviewers
or approvers. Contacts can only be reviewers.
- Approver: this type grants editing, reviewing, and viewing access in Office 365
- Reviewer: this type grants reviewing and viewing access in Office 365
- Click Save
