Specifying when an object requires approval
- From the Object Mapping page in Conga CLM Setup Salesforce, edit the current mapping that uses the "Contracts" Conga Contracts object.
- Scroll down to the Approval section.

Under "Select the fields that specify when the object requires approval", check the Salesforce to Conga Contracts checkbox and make a selection from the dropdown menu.
Note:
Your options are restricted to a list of checkbox boolean fields. For example, you can create an "Approval Required" checkbox field to use for this purpose. In the case that you are using the Contract Agreement Object, the "Approval Required" field already exists, and another field with an identical API name should not be created.
- Click Save at the top of the page.
Your record now displays a checked Approval Required field.
