Validating a Contract Request sync
- When syncing the record from Salesforce to Conga Contracts, make sure the selected checkbox field is marked as false on the record before making the sync request.
- After a successful Contract Request sync, the selected checkbox field will be updated to true on your record. In the Sync Status component, the status will be "Pending Approval". If the field is not checked then there was an error during syncing or the sync is not yet completed.
