Creating Clause Types
Clause Types allow you to group clauses by assigning a type to each clause. You can filter by Clause Type when adding clauses to clause bundles.
To create clause type:
- Navigate to the Clause Types tab.
- Click New.
- In the Clause Type Name box, type a name. For example: Payment or MSA.
- Click Save.
Repeat steps to create all necessary Clause Types. You can add additional Clause Types later if necessary.
