How to filter clauses during the contract negotiation process.

1. During the negotiation process, click on a clause name in the right pane to open the Clause Playbook.
2. In the Filter by Clause Type dropdown menu, you can select a clause type.
3. In the Filter by Clause Category dropdown menu, you can select a clause category.
4. Click the Alternate Clause only toggle to enable or disable the feature. When enable, the toggle displays as green with a checkmark and the list of available clauses displays alternate clauses only.

If no alternate clauses are available, "No Clauses Found" displays in the results instead. For clauses where "Restrict to Alternate Clause" is set to true, the toggle button will automatically be true with no option to disable, and only alternate clauses will display in the Clause Playbook.
