Complete OAuth Connection
- Log in as the selected integration user
- Go to the Conga CLM Setup tab in Salesforce
- Click Connect in the left-hand panel
- Click Connect in the Connect with OAuth section
- Accept the OAuth authorization prompt
Once you return to the Conga CLM Setup page, you should see the Status change from Not Connected to Connected. If Contracts for Salesforce features ever stop working, you can reconnect to troubleshoot. You can also reconnect to change the integration user.
If the Connect or Reconnect option is not available, your current user does not have the required permissions to use Contracts for Salesforce.
