Aime Assistant

Accessing Aime Assistant

  • Your Contracts for Salesforce administrator has enabled Aime Assistant and granted you access.
  • You have added Aime for Documents in Mobile & Lightning Actions to your page layout.
  1. Open a contract.
  2. From the More dropdown arrow on the top right menu, click Aime for Documents.
  3. Select a file and click Launch Aime. This opens the document window on the left displaying the document details and the Aime window on the right.
The Aime chat window is open and you can ask questions or select prompts.
