Troubleshooting CLM (Conga Contracts for Salesforce)

Allow Output Format Change for Salesforce CPQ

In order for Contracts for Salesforce to work when using Salesforce CPQ as the document generation engine, you must enable the ability to save as a Microsoft Word document.

  1. Click Setup > Setup > Users > Users.
  2. Select name of user.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Additional Information box, select Allow Output Format Change.
  5. Click Save.
