Accessing the Intelligent Document Dashboard

Prerequisites

You must first add the the Intelligent Document Dashboard to CLM (Contracts for Salesforce).

Note:

Use the Intelligent Document Dashboard to bulk upload documents instead of the Intelligent Document Import button or Intelligent Document Dashboard button to avoid multiple contracts uploaded to the same Agreement record.

To access the Intelligent Document Dashboard

From the Salesforce App Launcher, search for the Intelligent Document Dashboard.

To access the Intelligent Document Dashboard button

  1. From within the CLM (Contracts for Salesforce) application, navigate to a contract agreement or your manually configured object.
  2. From the upper right menu, click the dropdown arrow.
  3. Click Intelligent Document Dashboard to open the My Documents screen.
