Global features include System Settings, Global Messaging, Global Edits, and Bulk Data Loading.

Conga Contracts currently provides four global features, which the System Administrator can use to (1) define system, integration, email, and API settings for all users (2) send messages that will be seen by all users or a select group of users (3) globally replace information in Profiles and other program screens, and (4) perform bulk data uploads that create Company Profiles, Contract Profiles, and add Additional Forms to these Profiles.

Global features include:

• System Settings, which include the display of data and performance of features in the program; Email Settings to customize the message content that will be used when different types of email messages are sent from the program; Integration settings for eSignatures and Salesforce; Data Exports/Imports for program updates for customers who host Conga Contracts on their server, and API Settings for *webhooks.

*A webhook is configured to monitor events in Conga Contracts and display messages in a URL. For example, a webhook links an event, such as a user creating a new Contract Profile, to a URL so that when the event occurs, a message displays in the URL, alerting the System Administrator that a user has added a Contract Profile.
