Email Distribution Lists

Searching an Email Distribution List

The email distributions lists that have been created by a user with the Email Distribution Lists Admin permission can be searched to locate all the lists that include a particular user, company contact, or external party. A list can also be searched by its name or description.

  1. Click the Gear Icon in the Navigation Toolbar, and click the Email Distribution Lists link in the menu.
  2. In the Mail Distribution List Browse screen:
    • Click Search in the toolbar.
    • In the menu, select Name, Description, Distribution People, or Select All to search all fields.
    • Enter your search criteria in the Search field.
    • Press ENTER key on your keyboard Ensure All People is selected in the list to the left of the Search field to include everyone in the Address Book (users, company contacts, and external people).
  3. Review the returned results in the Browse screen.
  4. Locate the distribution list and click its list record to display the Profile screen, which contains the names of the people in the distribution list.
