Property Categories for Flow Steps
A user with the Flow Template Admin permission defines the properties for every step that they add to a flow template, including its name and any notes that will help users to complete the step. A Flow Template Admin can assign the responsibility for completing a step to a specific user, any user, or a user who holds a specific function Adding a Functions List Item or responsibility in Conga Contracts. When a step is assigned to a specific user, that user can reassign the step to another user.
Most steps allow a Flow Template Admin to set restrictions, as well as define the conditions that must be met before Conga Contracts recognizes the step as complete and takes some action, such as moving the flow to the next step or changing the status of the Profile. An overview of the properties that can be defined for each flow step is provided in the tables below.
