A Contract Flow template is used to to create a flowchart consisting of a series of connected steps that diagram the stages that a contract undergoes, while allowing for alternative paths at individual steps. A flow template is linked to Contract Profile types and is prominently displayed in the Profile screen as a list of steps to assist users in performing tasks related to contract creation, negotiation, maintenance, renewal, and archival.
