If you reconnect your Salesforce instance to the Conga platform, your sandbox receives new credentials and all previous external connections and mappings configured in the sandbox are no longer accessible. For example, your Salesforce sandbox was configured to pair with a Conga Contracts sandbox. After testing was successful, you move on to a Production environment and pair your Salesforce production environment to the Conga Contracts production environment. If you refresh the sandbox, your credentials are no longer valid.

After a sandbox refresh, reestablish connections by clicking Reconnect in the Contracts for Salesforce user interface and then perform the steps to pair mappings in Conga Contracts.
