Archiving a Company

The Archive option is used when a Company Profile needs to be removed from Conga Contracts Archiving is usually used to remove a duplicate Company Profile, or when a Profile is created for a new customer, supplier, vendor, or distributor and a contractual agreement cannot be reached.

  1. Open the Company Profile for the company you want to archive.
  2. In the Company Profile screen, click Admin Tools in the toolbar, and click the Archive link in the menu.
  3. In the Archive Company prompt, click Yes.

If the Operation Error prompt displays, one or more Contract Profiles are associated with the Company Profile. Run the Acquisition Wizard from the duplicate Company Profile to move the contracts to the original Company Profile.
