A company that has been added to Conga Contracts generates a Company Profile, which is used to store all of the company's contracts, as well as the information your organization needs to conduct business with the company. The Company Profile is linked to program features using links contained in the Profile, allowing you to perform tasks for the stored data. The Search option can be used to quickly locate specific company information, and generate reports on the search results.

A Company Profile is accessed from the All Companies screen or the Recently Viewed Companies portlet in the Dashboard.

In managing companies, you can:

• Add a company
• Edit company information
• Mark a company as a legal entity
• Unmark a company as a legal entity
• Associate companies after a merger or acquisition
• Record a company's name change
• Archive a company
