Relationships Link

The Relationships link in a Company Profile displays a Relationships browse screen showing any relationships that exist between the active company and other companies stored in Conga Contracts. The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of relationships the company shares with other companies. For example, a parent company may own several smaller companies, or two companies may be involved in a joint partnership.

To access the Relationships browse screen, open a Company Profile, and scroll down to the Links section of the screen.

Click to display the Relationships screen.

Relationship records

View the current relationships the company shares with other companies.

  • Click on a relationship record to edit the company relationship.
  • Click on a hot link in the Company Name column to display the Company Profile for the related company.
  • If the + icon is present, click to display any notes explaining the relationship.

Delete icon

Click - to delete the company relationship.

Sort option

To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading.

Reorder and Resize Columns
  • To resize a column, hover over the right or left border of the column heading until the resize icon appears. Then, click and drag the border to the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column heading and drag it to the left or right, dropping it in the desired location. When the green checkmark icon displays, you are successfully moving the column.

New Relationship button

Click to add a new relationship between two of the companies in Conga Contracts.
