Scorecards Link

The Scorecards link in a Company Profile is used to display a Scorecards browse screen, which stores all the pending and completed scorecards for the company. The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of scorecards that have been added to the profile.

The current company rating is displayed numerically in the Company Profile header in a color-coded score box. This value is calculated by Conga Contracts and reflects the average value of all the scorecards completed for the company.

Score boxes are color-coded depending on the rating: 81-100 = green, 61-80 = yellow, 41-60 = orange, and 0-40 = red.

To access the Scorecards browse screen, open a Company Profile, and scroll down to the Links section of the screen.


Scorecards link	Click to display the Scorecards browse screen.
Scorecard records	Review the list of scorecards completed for the company, along with the members who were selected to complete each scorecard. Click on a scorecard record to display its Profile. From the profile, you can complete a scorecard, edit a scorecard you have completed and submitted, add a member so that another person is required to complete the scorecard, change its availability date, archive a scorecard, or a delete scorecard you have completed.
Score field	Identify the averaged score for the scorecard, which is calculated by adding all the scorecard totals and dividing the grand total by the number of people who completed the scorecard. Tip: If only one person completes a scorecard, that person's score appears in the field. If a scorecard has no value in the Score field, none of the people assigned to the scorecard have completed it.
Ratings box	View the current scorecard rating for the contract, company, or project. The ratings box is color-coded based on the rating: 81-100 = green, 61-80 = yellow, 41-60 = orange, and 0-40 = red.
Column display	To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the column icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.
Sort option	To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading.
Reorder and Resize Columns	To resize a column, hover over the right or left border of the column heading until the resize icon appears. Then, click and drag the border to the desired width. To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column heading and drag it to the left or right, dropping it in the desired location. When the the green checkmark icon displays, you are successfully moving the column.
Add Scorecard button	Click to add a scorecard to the Company Profile.
