The Flows feature is an automated version of the Workflows feature, which uses both stages and steps to delineate the processes or procedures that a company must go through. In addition, the stages and steps in the flow automatically display at the top of the Company Profile, and are "grayed out" as they are completed, so that you always know what action needs to be taken to move the flow to the next step or stage. Like workflows, your Administrators create flows and then link them to the appropriate Company Profiles. Therefore, a flow may or may not display in a Company Profile screen. A flow is like a road map you must follow to accomplish the tasks your Administrators want you to accomplish for a Company Profile in the Conga Contracts system.
