Company Scorecards
Scorecards is a feature that allows you to rate the performance of a company using a pre-defined set of criteria. Your Administrators create and link scorecards to specific Company Profiles so that whenever you open a profile that is linked to a scorecard, and a scorecard has not yet been assigned, an Assign Scorecard dialogue box automatically displays. The dialogue box prompts you to select from a list of available scorecards and then select the users you want to complete the scorecard using the Address Book. You can assign the scorecard to yourself, as well as other users or a distribution list, and also choose the date on which you want to make the scorecard available to users. On that date, the Conga Contracts system sends out an email message, notifying each user that he/she has been selected to complete the company scorecard.
The current scorecard rating for a company is displayed numerically in a color-coded score box located in the upper right corner of the Company Profile header. This rating is calculated by the Conga Contracts system and reflects the average of all the scorecard values listed in the Scorecards browse screen. Score boxes are color-coded, depending on the average rating of all scorecards completed: 81-100 = green, 61-80 = yellow, 41-60 = orange, and 0-40 = red.
The following tasks can be completed for a scorecard:
Although the linked tasks below were written for a contract scorecard, the steps in each task also apply to a company scorecard.
