Scheduled Reports Screen
The Scheduled Reports screen provides access to all the basic and advanced reports that have you have scheduled, as well as those reports whose distribution you can edit or delete. The Scheduled Analytics Reports section displays only if you are running the Analytics module, and lists the analytics reports that you have scheduled for distribution, as well as those you can delete or whose distribution information you can edit.

A user must have the Scheduled Reporting permission to access the Scheduled Reports screen.
Scheduled Report record | Click on a link for a report record to display its Scheduled Report Edit screen where you can make updates to the scheduled standard or advanced report. |
Scheduled Analytic Report record | Click on a link for a report record to display its Scheduled Analytics Report Edit screen where you can make updates to the scheduled analytics report. |
Sort option | To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading. |
Column display | To customize the information in the screen, hover over a column heading until the column icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field. |
