Person Browse Screen

The Person Browse screen is your personal Address Book, and lists all the people whose information you can view, including program users, company people, legal entity people, and the external people who access Conga Contracts via the Portal, the DocuSign cloud, or the Adobe Sign cloud.

The entries in the Address Book are managed from the People Browse screen and the Mail Distribution List Browse screen.

Navigation Toolbar

Click Tools to display the menu, and then click the People link.

People category list

Change the default view from All People to Company People, External People, or Users to filter the list.

Person records

View summary information for each person. To display additional information for a person, click on their record to display their Person Profile.

Tip:

If a user, company person, or external person has been disabled, their record is displayed in gray text.

Search list

Hover over the Search label until it turns blue, and then click on it to display a list of searchable fields. Click in the check box to the left of the fields you want to search.

Locate a person by typing the first few letters of their first or last name in the Search field, and clicking the magnifying glass. To clear the filter, click x.

Tip:

You can also search for a person using any of the other fields in the Search list. For example, if you wanted to search for all people with a Conga Contracts email address, you would ensure Email is selected in the Search list, and using a wild card (*), enter *@Conga Contracts in the Search field.

History icon

Click the clock icon to display a history screen showing the date the person was added to Conga Contracts and any changes made to their Person Profile.

Add External Person button

Click to add an external person to the Address Book.

Add Company Person

Click if you want to add a company person to a Company Profile.

Person records display

Manage the display of information in the screen:
  • Update the columns that display using the Sort/Column menu.
  • Reorder and resize the columns to manage the display of information in the browse screen.
  • Sort the data in a column by clicking (toggling) on a column heading.
