Mobile Devices for Conga Contracts
The Slim Mobile Interface provides access to Conga Contracts using an Apple iOS 4+, BlackBerry OS 6.0+, or Android 2.3+ mobile device.
The Slim Mobile Interface allows program users to access Conga Contracts using their Apple iOS 4+, BlackBerry OS 6.0+, or Android 2.3+ mobile device. From a mobile device, you can view company and contract information, and perform tasks associated with the Contract and Company Profiles, such as downloading documents, closing events, completing tasks, and approving (or declining) Gateway steps in a workflow.
- Navigate to https://app1.novatuscontracts.com/Contracts/ using your mobile device.
- Enter your Login Name and Password, and click Login.
- From the Conga Contracts screen, click > to display an alphabetical listing of companies or contracts.
- From the Companies or Contracts screen, enter the name of a company, or a contract number, in the Search field, and click the magnifying glass icon.
- Click the Tasks, Events, Workflows, Documents, and Messaging links to perform program functions.
- To download a document, click > to display its Document screen, and then click Download.
