The Phone Number Entry window ensures that the phone numbers you enter into Conga Contracts are properly formatted so that the correct information is available for reports and general use.
The Phone Number Entry window ensures that the phone numbers you enter into Conga Contracts are properly formatted so that the correct information is available for reports and general use. The window automatically displays if you do not provide a phone number using the correct format, which for US phone numbers, is the area code followed by the phone number. The Phone Number Entry window also accommodates an extension for an office number, and the country code for international phone numbers.
The window is available in several program screens, including Contact Information Managing Your Contact Informationin your user preferences, Company Profile, Location Profile, Person Profile, and Contract Addresses.
