Addresses Screen
A list of company locations can be accessed from the Contract Profile via the Addresses link. Any company location can be identified as an address for the contract, or a new company location can be added from the Contract Profile and then identified as a contract address.
The Addresses browse screen is used to access the existing company locations , which that can be associated with the Addresses link. Any company location can be identified as an address for the contract, or a new company location can be added from the Contract Profile and then identified as a contract address.
To access the Addresses screen, open a Contract Profile.
Addresses link | Click to display the Addresses browse screen. |
Address records | Review the types of address records associated with contract. Tip: If the Address Type is Primary Address, the contract address is the same as the company address that was captured in the Address Information section of the Company Profile. |
History icon | Click the clock icon to view a history of the changes made to the address in its Location Profile. |
Copy icon | Click the copy icon to copy the address block so that it can be pasted into another application, window, or screen. |
Sort option | To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading. |
Column Display option | To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the column icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field. The Actions field must be selected or the History and the Copy icons will not display. |
