Locating Your Document Packages

The document packages that include you as a member (or Administrator) will be accessible to you, and you can also perform tasks associated with the package from three locations: Document Packages portlet in your Dashboard, Documents menu, and Document Packages browse screen.

The document packages that include you as a member (or Administrator) will be accessible to you, and you can also perform tasks associated with the package from three locations:

  • Document Packages portlet in your Dashboard
  • Documents Menu
  • Document Packages browse screen

Company contacts and external parties participate in a document package from the Conga Contracts Portal.

Document Packages Portlet

  1. In the Dashboard, locate (or add) the Document Packages portlet.
  2. In the portlet, locate the document package using the available options:
  3. Search for a package by entering the company name or the package name into the Search field and pressing the ENTER key on your keyboard.
  4. Click on a tab to view document packages by their status: Current, Checked Out, Submitted, Completed, All Packages, or All Completed
  5. Scroll through the list.
  6. (Optional) Manage the display of information in the portlet:
    • Update the columns that display using the Sort/Column menu.
    • Reorder and resize the columns to manage the display of information in the browse screen.
    • Sort the data in a column by clicking (toggling) on a column heading.

Documents Menu

  1. Click Documents in the Navigation Toolbar to display the menu, and then click the Document Packages link.
  2. In the Document Packages screen, locate the document package using the available options:
    • Search for a package by entering the company name or the package name in the Search field and clicking .
    • Click on a tab to view document packages by their status: Current, Checked Out, Submitted, Completed, All Packages, or All Completed
    • Scroll through the list.
  3. (Optional) Manage the display of information in the screen:
    • Update the columns that display using the Sort/Column menu.

Document Packages Screen

  1. Open the Contract Profile containing the document package.
  2. In the Links section, click the Document Pkgs link.
  3. In the Document Packages screen, use the available icons to perform tasks for the document package.
