Global documents are those that are shared by a Conga Contracts program user, making them available to all other program users. You can both view and download the global documents that are available to you for storage in a Company, Contract, or Project Profile or for use with a program feature, such as document packages, supplier registrations, contract requests, events, workflows, and simple messaging.

You can perform the following tasks related to global documents:

• View your global documents
• Locate a global document
• Add a global document
• Export global documents to Excel
• Multi-print two or more global documents
