Events Screen
A list of the events that have been created for a contract or company are displayed in the Events browse screen in a Contract Profile or Company Profile. The status of an email alert for an event can be Scheduled, Due, Escalated, Past Due, and Closed. Contracts continues to send out emails messages for all events, except closed events, unless an end date was stipulated.
A list of the events that have been created for a contract or company are displayed in the Events screen in a Contract Profile or Company Profile. The information that displays in the screen, such as event date and status, can be customized to meet your at-a-glance viewing needs. The status of an email alert for an event can be Scheduled, Due, Escalated, Past Due, and Closed. Contracts continues to send out emails messages for all events, except closed events, unless an end date was stipulated.
The events for which you will receive an email alert are displayed in the Upcoming Events portlet in your dashboard. The events you have created are displayed in your My Events screen, which is accessed by selecting the Events link in your Tools menu.
To access the Events screen, open a Contract or Company Profile.
Although the Contract Profile is used in the screen shot below, the components are the same in a Company Profile.

Tip: Events may also have attached documents, which can be viewed from the Profile. |
Sort option | To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading. |
Column Display option | To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the v icon displays, and click it to display the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field. |

Navigation options | Enter the page you want to view in the Page field and press the ENTER key on your keyboard. Or use the previous << and next > arrow icons to move forward or back one page, and the first page << and last page >> icons. |
