Users with the Flow Admin permission can run a flow on an existing Contract, Company, or Project Profile if the profile was created before the flow was developed. A flow can be run on the same profile more than once, if needed.

1. Open the Contract, Company, or Project Profile that needs the flow.
2. In the Profile screen, click Start Flow in the toolbar.
3. In the Published Flow Templates window:
4. Locate the flow template you want to run, and click on it to select it.
5. Click Start Flow in the toolbar.
6. When the window closes and the profile refreshes, complete the steps in the flow.
7. (Optional) Click the gear icon to display a menu that allows you to perform tasks related to the flow:
   1. Show Flow Diagram
   2. Manage Flow Documents
   3. Show Activity Grid
   4. Invalidate Flow
